PRODUCTION / STORAGE
The natural olive oil is immediately taken into the stainless steel (Cr-Ni) tanks. At the same time our food engineer takes samples to be tested and to be "tasted". The results let us classify the olive oil.
For storage purposes, only the stainless steel (Cri-Ni) tanks are used. This way, the interaction with the oxygen and light is avoided to keep the natural olive oil fresh and delicate.
The necessary laboratory tests and tastings are made frequently to follow any change in the quality.
