The natural olive oil waiting in the tanks are taken out only right before filtering. The traditional method of "filtering through cotton" is followed in order to take out the very small olive particules in olive oil, which will form a settlement on the bottom later on.
As soon as filtering is done, the tins (or bottles) are filled with our semi-automatic filling tool, to be served to our customers.
(Note: Especially during and right after the olive pressing season, the unfiltered natural olive oil has a wonderful and unique taste. Therefore some consumers prefer this kind more than the other.)
